SKY Agriculture launches the new FALCON T range: A technological machine with unique versatility

FALCON T

With the new FALCON T range of trailed fertilizer spreaders, comprising four models – FALCON 100, 130, 160 and 240 – SKY Agriculture now offers the widest range on the market, covering all spreading needs, from granulated fertilizers to soil improvers (wet bulk, powder, organic fertilizers).

The FALCON embodies a new generation of fertilizer spreaders: highly technological, but designed above all for ease of use in the field. Featuring the latest SKY Agriculture innovations – dynamic weighing, intelligent tracking axles, ISOBUS control and FertiEye, the exclusive system for automatic adjustment based on a simple photo of the fertilizer – the FALCON offers ultimate precision and instant adaptation to every situation.

But its real revolution lies in its exceptional versatility: it takes just 7 minutes in the field, without a telescopic handler or tool, to switch from spreading granulated fertilizers (ammonium nitrate, urea, etc.) to spreading wet bulk (limestone, droppings, skimmings, pellets, etc.).

A technical feat that is unique on the market, making the FALCON the absolute benchmark for spreading speed and flexibility. Every detail of the FALCON has been designed to combine performance, control and adaptability – three qualities that translate into concrete action in the field: Fast, Precise, Versatile.

Falcon T

FAST – For faster, more efficient working

FALCON T aircraft are designed to work at high forward speeds. This speed is based on several major innovations:

  • SPEED CONTROL – exclusive SKY patent, which automatically adjusts the spreading pattern to the forward speed.
  • Brushless electric motors: faster, more precise and more stable.
  • New intelligent dosing unit (SKY patent): hydraulic belt + double inclined shutters, continuously managed by dynamic dosing software. In real time, the software adjusts hopper height and belt speed according to product type, dose, speed, slope and GPS modulation.
The result: instant responsiveness, constant distribution and unrivalled versatility for spreading granulated fertilizers, bulk products, limestone, pellets or poultry droppings.

PRECISES – For the right dose, in the right place

Precision is at the heart of FALCON design.

  • Volumetric dosing without agitator: products retain their physical integrity.
  • Continuous dynamic weighing: 4 load cells (T100/T130) or 6 load cells (T160/T240), up to 400 measurements/second, with slope and temperature compensation.
  • SKY-patented Epsilon blades, high-strength, guarantee even distribution.
  • High-precision width adjustment, with rotary chute controlled electrically from the cab.
  • ECONOV+: GPS management of curves and automatic correction by SPEED CONTROL.
  • TRIBORD 3Di (SKY patent): automatic edge management, with a choice of “yield” or “environment”.
  • FERTITEST & FERTIEYE: connected tools for optimum adjustment, fertilizer recognition (FertiEye, Silver Medal 2025).
  • Independent right/left GPS dose modulation (Dual Rate – SKY patent).
The whole system guarantees total control of the dose per hectare, whatever the conditions.
Falcon

VERSATILE – One machine for all products

The FALCON T is versatile by design:

  • As standard, they spread granulated fertilizers up to 52 m (40 m for urea). Optional:
  • High Flow kit for pellet-type organic fertilizers
  • Wet bulk kit for heavy, sticky products (limestone, droppings, scum), up to 10 t/ha with hydraulic discs.

The kits can be transported on the machine and interchanged in 7 minutes, without tools, directly in the field. Thanks to this unique modularity, the FALCON becomes the universal spreading tool.

The fruit of historic know-how made in France

The FALCON range is also the result of proven industrial know-how. It was designed by the design office team at the Fontenay-sur-Eure plant, near Chartres – a historic site for the Burel group, which for many years manufactured the famous PROLOG spreaders.

This new generation of trailed distributors reflects decades of expertise and innovation. Every detail has been designed to capitalize on the multiple uses and varied conditions encountered by users the world over.

Production of the FALCON will naturally take place at the Fontenay plant, one of the Burel Group’s three factories, a symbol of French know-how at the service of international agricultural performance.

Ergonomics and everyday comfort

  • Capacity from 7,500 to 16,000 liters – a market record.
  • Adjustable spring-loaded boom for optimum comfort on the road and in the field.
  • Hopper inclined at 3° for better load transfer to the tractor.
  • Motorized roll-up tarpaulin, controlled from the cab, can be used open for limestone stored at headlands.
  • RCE European road homologation as standard.
  • Wide choice of tires (track widths from 1.79 to 2.40 m, 3 m option for CTF).
  • Integrated storage compartments, hand-washing canister, LED road and work lighting, rotating beacon and visual loading aid.
  • Camera options (spreading, hopper, reverse) for total control from the cab.

A complete range for every application

  • FALCON ECONOV+: flagship model, ultra-equipped for precision spreading.
  • FALCON PRO: dedicated to granulated fertilizers, with limestone option.
  • FALCON CaP: specialized for limestone, with discs or screw booms for powdery products. The PRO and CaP versions can be fitted with static weighing to determine the exact weight of the load.

FertiEye innovation wins Agritechnica silver medal

The FALCON will also be the first machine to feature the FertiEye system, a major innovation by SKY Agriculture that won a silver medal at the Agritechnica Innovation Awards 2025.

Thanks to image recognition by artificial intelligence, FertiEye enables users to photograph their fertilizer, so that the machine can automatically adjust its settings according to the product’s physical characteristics. An exceptional technological advance, marking a new step towards autonomy, precision and ease of use for all farmers.
